Volunteer group that works to reduce the suffering of feral cats and kittens using a trap/spay-neuter/recover/release program.  Continued care is provided to all FCF cats; socialized kittens are placed in loving homes.  Helps cats and kittens in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
