Nonprofit Family Bridges, Inc. serves approximately 10,000 clients– principally monolingual and LEP Asian-language speaking, moderate-to-low income, East Bay residents. The mission of Family Bridges, Inc. is to empower the most vulnerable– the young, the elderly, immigrants, those with health conditions, and those with limited English proficiency (LEP), especially in the Asian community– lead self-sufficient, independent lives .
