The mission of VALCORE is to promote recycling and resource recovery in our community. This is accomplished through our recycling center and through public education programs.  Today, VALCORE Recycling is managed by eight nonprofit organizations. VALCORE member groups serve on our Board of Directors and work at our site on a rotating schedule. Profits from the sale of all materials recycled at VALCORE are returned to the community through our nonprofit member groups.
