Options Health

Serving Contra Costa County since 1984, Options Health is a non-profit organization providing no cost professional healthcare, education, and support services to individuals and their families in the areas of pregnancy, sexual health, and parenting. We provide a full scope of free programs and services that include medical grade pregnancy testing, pregnancy options consultation, free limited obstetric ultrasounds, free STD/STI testing, abortion counseling, abortion recovery care, mobile health care services, sexual health education, parenting classes, fatherhood classes, and material resources. Our programs and services are free and confidential, offered without discrimination in a safe and caring environment.
