Loaves and Fishes feeds the hungry of Contra Costa County by providing free, hot, nutritious meals at our local dining rooms and offering daily grocery distributions. We operate five sites across the county — serving where the need is greatest.
Since 1983, we’ve served more than 6 million meals to thousands of neighbors facing food insecurity. With the support of dedicated volunteers, our organization has grown to serve over 514,000 meals and distribute more than 260 tons of groceries last fiscal year.
